A long-term Berlin organizer, Nadja knows the city like no other. Her love for fusion dancing is matched by her skills as a DJ she has brought to festivals all over Europe.

In another episode of his life as dancer errant, Robin’s love for fusion calls him to organize in a city far from the mountains he currently calls home.

The care team, a.k.a. (Safer) Space Team, makes an effort to make your experience at Fusionaut’s Quest the best possible.
We’re all humans and terrestrial interactions are complicated - challenging situations do come up. We’re here as a backup in case you need support dealing with them. If there is anything that worries you, we have an open ear for you. You can come to us at any given moment during the workshops and parties or reach out to us virtually, during or after the event.
You and your needs will be the center of our attention throughout our contact / the entire process of dealing with these situations and we will focus on how to help you vent or reflect and process by offering emotional support and different perspectives.
While we will report any incident to the organizing team anonymously, no further actions will be taken without your knowledge and consent. If explicitly wished for, we will consider mediating, informing the organizers about something that happened in detail, or taking other appropriate measures. You can trust us to keep your confidentiality within the Space team and to try our best not to put more on your plate than you already have sitting there.
The code of conduct is a condensation of what we believe are some core principles to facilitate good interactions.
By participating in Fusionaut’s Quest, you implicitly agree that you are willing to act by these principles for the time of the festival. If you have breached it in a substantial way, we might take actions that foster your learning process and can, however, go as far as asking you to leave the event, if we deem the offered accountability as insufficient.
